There are seven jetties in our domestic wharf area. These are wharves made especially for ships travelling in and around the Solomon’s Sea. There are wharves for passengers and cargo, and others for Landing Crafts. Any vehicle passing through the gate should pay a parking fee / access fee in accordance with the vehicle being driven in. Only vehicles are charged not walk-in passengers or visitors. The area is also a controlled area meaning it is a betel nut and alcohol-free zone. If anyone breaches this rule you will be fined on the spot.
